Commission Work - Terms and Conditions

• I will complete work to clients’ specifications, within the negotiated budget range and by the date agreed between client and artist.

• For pieces valued at over £50, I will ask for a 20% deposit on agreement to carry out the art work.

• I reserve copyright on the use of electronic images of the commissioned work, for promotional and professional purposes, unless the client specifies otherwise before any work is undertaken.

• I can provide mounting and framing to client’s specifications, for an additional cost.

• I will deliver work to clients within a five-mile radius at no charge.  Alternatively, I will securely parcel up and post work to clients for an additional charge.  This can be negotiated at point of enquiry before work commences. 

• I will send clients updates on pictures if required.  Many people prefer to see the picture for the first time when it’s finished!  I put enormous care into every piece of work I undertake and will always endeavor to achieve customer satisfaction.
